"We are very disappointed with the service after the accident. The accident occurred on October 15th, and to this day, we are still unable to use our vehicle. It was repaired at a State Farm-certified shop, and it now has problems it didn't have before. Since December 16th, we have been calling repeatedly without receiving a response; the claims adjuster doesn't return our calls and never seems to be available. The process has been slow, confusing, and frustrating. The most outrageous part is that, even though the vehicle is still not working, the insurance company continues to collect payments on time every month. There are no delays when it comes to collecting payments, but they don't show the same urgency in resolving a serious customer problem. Insurance is supposed to be there when you need it most, and unfortunately, that has not been our experience. I hope this public communication will finally lead to a solution, since I have not received a response through the normal channels."

When I purchased the insurance from this agency, they strongly encouraged me to leave a positive review, which I gladly did because at that time the service was good and they were very attentive. Unfortunately, now that I have actually needed the insurance coverage, the experience has been completely different. My van was in an accident on October 15th and was repaired at a State Farm certified repair shop. After that repair, the vehicle had mechanical and electrical problems that it didn't have before, leaving me without a functional car. Since December 16th, I have been waiting for them to contact me. I have called multiple times, and the claims adjuster does not return my calls; she seems to never be in the office, and no one provides clear answers. The process has been confusing, slow, and extremely stressful. The most frustrating thing is that, even though I am still without my van at this point, the insurance company continues to charge the monthly payment on time, without any delay. They are very quick to collect payments, but they don't show the same urgency or responsibility in helping to resolve a serious situation that has left me without a vehicle. An insurance company is judged when an accident occurs, not when the contract is signed or when a positive review is requested. Unfortunately, my current experience does not reflect the service or support that was promised to me when I purchased the policy. My vehicle was taken to a State Farm-certified repair shop for damage to the right side door. The shop completely disassembled my van, leaving parts missing, numerous screws uninstalled, the passenger airbag light activated, and the dashboard improperly fitted. THIS HAS BEEN A DISASTER, AND NOW NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. Hopefully, this review will encourage the agency to get involved and help resolve a situation that, so far, has only generated stress and frustration."

"Recently had lighten strike a tree in my front yard and a limb as big as tree landed on my daughter SUV doing some significant damage. This was on a Saturday night. Called Robert the next day, which was a Sunday and his team contacted me first things Monday morning and ask where I wanted it repaired.
